LightMaster Radar Tutor Plus

The LightMaster Radar TutorPlus is a combination of two complementary training aids, the Radar Tutor and Radar Simulator. It offers the detailed explanations and self-testing of the Tutor, together with the unlimited practice of the full Simulator.

The Tutorial provides guided tuition using simplified radar screens and controls, with an emphasis on understanding the movements of targets and the appropriate responses, while the Simulator presents highly-realistic radar displays and a full set of controls for totally absorbing practice. The Simulator also gives you control of your vessel, so that you can manoeuvre in response to your interpretation of the display.

Together these two programs give an excellent learning experience, and this CD offers a saving equivalent to half of the standard Tutor price.
