This list of ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ covers a variety of topics. Not all are truly frequently asked, but offer advice and clarification which we think may be helpful to you. We will add to them as any relevant issues arise.

In particular, those covering software problems will normally be rare occurrences, where a cause or fix is known, or where additional guidance can help avoid miss-operation. Other answers may offer a temporary fix for any small problem which we are working to correct.
